For the second time, I ask of Tyler and his team to include Tylers review of the game in either description or a pinned comment, for the full "full series" experience.
If I’m correct he always places a review in a pinned comment on the final episode of a serie once he’s finished, you can find the one from Carto in his other video when he did it as a serie.
@@ChrisVenus Fair enough, I agree with your comment under the other comment explaining the videos. It might be confusing to those who never saw Tyler’s update video (which you still totally should watch :D)
@@baconeko Even though I saw the update video I don't remember these things long enough to have remembered when I saw this (and I didn't even realised his minnit video was likewise a rerun until I saw other people comment!).

from the description: "Carto Full Game Mega Video - a charming puzzle adventure game where the map is made up of tiles that can be shifted around like puzzle pieces. This old series is now compiled into a mega video with new editing and new jokes! Within this concept, there’s a cute story and some other puzzles. It’s a nice and relaxing time. "

There's a trick with the Tower of Hanoi: Every time you add a layer, the solution is basically the movements of the previous solution twice, with a single movement of the new layer in between.
@mdarke5299 This is not true, and it's very odd why you think so. In the recursive solution, you have to reason about the previous solution every single time. It's taught to most college freshmen who begin to learn about recursion, but recursive solutions are usually not the easiest to carry out. For example, with 100 disks, you have to keep track of (well I am in the moving up stage for disks 1, 33, 34, 50, 56, etc. and the moving back stage for the rest). Meanwhile, in the iterative solution, you only have to keep track of the stage in the cycle. Even the wikipedia article directly states the iterative solution "is easier, carried out by hand, than the recursive algorithm."
Honestly, I thought that this series was pretty well-edited as it was. I don't think this needed the re-upload, i think that some other series-es could use it more.
286th comment 13:22 Alright so this is what happens. Newcomers go to an island. The newcomers have children. The children become 15. The children leave and go to an island, repeating the loop. For anybody confused, he is re-releasing old series as longer form videos.
Thank you!
I was about to ask if he forgot he already played this game lmao
oh thats why hes looking so funky xD
He done this already with minit.
Why does this have so many likes

for the question at 13:24 i think that other islands send thier people at 15 too and sometimes the peple come to this island
Also once the settlers arrive they don't have to travel again because they're older than 15 now
This is a really neat trick to connect lore and game mechanics: all "nations" kinda know each other and speak the same language

what an old vod, sheesh

This was the first full series I saw from you. Great story and puzzling, it's a joy to see it getting ran back.
I love that Niep Recad Chirb and Cholmek are anagrams for Pine Cedar Birch and Hemlock.
The Old Watcher's name is revealed in the credits, too!
His name is Lempa, or Maple if you're savvy ;)

There's a trick with the Tower of Hanoi: Every time you add a layer, the solution is basically the movements of the previous solution twice, with a single movement of the new layer in between.
That's the solution you learn 1st year in university, but the way that he solved it is actually simpler (non-recursive solution).
