You have to get past the last guy who has the ball, right before it's thrown to him, and then dive under to avoid the tag. It's not nearly as easy as these guys make it look.
Cut back as soon as they commit to trying to tag you
Still not easy cause for few who succeded a lot fail.

Probably the worst thing about the Harrison rundown against the Mets was that the Pirates had men on 3rd and 2nd with no outs and they still couldn't score that inning.

Here's a question, in the first video why isn't Hamilton out since he came off the bag and is to the left of the foul line while the first basemen is touching the base?
Ben Gladieux because he beat the first base man to the bag, so the force play is off now. If the runner comes off the base in fair territory, he's live but you have to tag him at that point.
So in theory if the first baseman would have tagged him for the split second he was off the bag, he would have been out. If the first baseman didn't just leave his glove on the bag and tried to rage him. He woulda been out
