Is the "Fixed Puck System" included with purchase of bags or would i need to order additional hardware? I ride a 2022 Pan America Special and the quick release system doesn't fit

Unfortunately we've recently experienced that the standard pannier racks (2018 Africa Twin Adventure Sports) from Outback Motortek are not compatible with our Quick Release System. Can not say if their racks for other bikes have the same shape and design though and if they will fit. // Alex
