One time when I visited my wife in China before we got married, she was taking me on a tour of Beijing. Most people don't use the 3-wheeled taxis anymore, but there was a very old grandpa from Mao times that was driving one, and we were at the Forbidden City. At the Forbidden City, it is very difficult to get a ride, so we decided to take this. I didn't understand Chinese at the time yet, but he said something really rude to my wife at the time about us, and she decided not to get in his car, then he got really mad. Because he was a very old guy, I was still very polite to him, but coming from the US I knew that older people had very different values, so I was kind of used to this.

The last time I saw a white woman married to a Chinese guy it absolutely wasn't a problem for me. I will be going to a wedding in Taiwan in two months between a white American woman and a friend of mine who happens to be Taiwanese American. I'm happy for them. My wife is a Filipina. I had an ex who was Chinese whose bigoted parents probably continue to ruin her life because of their bigotry.
Why would I care who women from my country marry? I feel bad for young Chinese because of the obvious bs they have to put up with regarding relationship expectations from their society and often their own family.

Very good insight into Chinese men and their attitudes towards women and foreign men. Bottom line is men and women, of all races, should marry whomever makes them happy. The hell with personal prejudices and/or biases!
Sure, in a perfect world. But when there's systemic media bias against one group in favor of another group, how are the choices women make authentically self-determined?

Personally I think that Chinese men that have daughters should built and have a better bond father and daughter relationship at early stage of life to better educate and discipline the daughters and have a better understanding of how the Chinese society and culture is and as how well Chinese fathers can be and by this Chinese fathers that have daughters can see and be more well educated and have better understanding towards Chinese men and boys and by this can have a better respect towards Chinese men, I know in the western society men who have daughters always educated and disciplined there daughters well at early stage and at the same time how any non Chinese women would date or have any interest in Chinese men it like there are equal no checks and balances here by having Chinese women falling for westerns.
