Just to clarify the part where our lord Aimsell talks about world of magic. This is not his fault its the wiki!!!
Yes, the land created by the peacekeeper would have been the land in world of magic, but that exactly is not the case. Think of world of magic in a different universe where the same events took place, the reason INK and PAPER magic got removed is because world of magic was going to be more of a fairy tale type of game amd arcane odyssey is a more realistic type of game. World of magic is not apart of lore anymore so let's just call the the large chunk of land "Magius" (we don't know the name of the land but that's the actual name of the land in wom, so if we assume, yk).

Something i noticed is that the War seas seem to be contain a lot of the remains of Europe, with there being two mountains from Greece and Ravenna being very likely to be what's left of Rome
Othrys would be mount olympus
@@somedudlivingin21stcentury no they are two different mountains both in regular Greek mythology and in arcane since it was mentioned that mount olympus was at the bottom of the sea

The dark sea is probably also a result of Durza's first attack that split the continents, the epicenter would then be Oberon (or what remains of it, if anything). Its also quite cool how people know about Theos (an npc in palo town talks about him)
the epicenter is mimhere island probably, due to mimhere island being displaced from the rest of the world and ruined, with no npcs on it (from what we know)
mimhere is probably oberon, which is why it's as big as big as ravenna
Yeah the epicenter is where all the magical energy that durza blasted into the mountain created the epicenter and mimhere island probably being a piece of aberon or at least what is left of it. And thus the dark sea is created.
Aberon would be on the other side of the world so very unlikely that's the mountain from Durza's attack, it's also stated that his magic pollution has went away so it's unlikely it was his attack that created the DS

Something nobody had talked about in terms of the AO lore is Wotan and his three sons. Wotan and his people are said to be viking people who may be the bosses in the nimbus sea as well as a new viking island, and it is most likely that Wotan and his 3 sons will be the bosses in the Nimbus sea or later, but I’m unsure if they’re part of the order, basically a county known as Keraxe, a Viking country with very strong naval force ruled by Wotan, which is beyond Mount Othyrs and they call their county Asgard a reference to Norse mythology which is linked to ‘Nimbus’ in the nimbus sea. I’m pretty sure I misread something that Warren said at Wind-Row before the end of story
Keraxe will be based on Norse mythology, the royal family is called the Asgard and a city called Jotunheim which in Norse mythos is the realm of giants. Also Wotan is actually the germanic name for Odin which makes it likely the royal family (The Asgard) will be other norse gods.
Maybe this game will take a God of War turn and make us fight undead norse gods.

Something to note: Arcane Adventures and Arcane Odyssey do begin at different times, but not different years.
"The Wrath of the Gods" caused intense weather conditions all around. "The Wrath of the Gods" is most likely Durza's final attack in AA.

if i remember correctly, i recall theos mentioning that the attack durza fired at him as a last resort was the reason the sun would rise from the west and not the east? I'm not sure if that's currently in arcane odyssey and I'm too lazy to get on and see so someone would have to confirm, but I do remember that being true in arcane adventures

Someone already commented about the world of magic thing but another deal here is that arcane odyssey is set RIGHT after the events of arcane odyssey. In the document it mentions stuff about the giant ammounts of magic that got thrown out and how it affects the sea. The whirlpools and tidal waves caysed by this are called the wrath of the gods in the document. And agora newspaper calls it the same thing when an island gets hit

to clarify chaos IS a kind of god, not really an energy. the universe in greek mythology was created by chaos who also created magic
chaos is described as a somewhat sentient energy thats attracted to evil
it didn't create magic however it is where it came from. i don't think it's really a god but more of a force of nature

So the people who says that aether was from light curse it may or may not be as averill holds the light curse the reason why it may be is because maybe Calvus's grandfather holds the light curse before Averill did. But i think its bs cause it is said that they infiltrated a temple like palace and stole it from the "pharoah"

Aether is completely different from the light curse and light magic, aether magic is just a lost magic that focuses on turning light into an unstable and powerful form of itself (akin to explosion magic), aether has 0 relation the light curse

you have to destroy the small sailboat in order to progress that part
I've already destroyed the small sailboat but my main quest is go to row wind island and I can't escape the ships that follow me
@@markjoshuahosana3729 i dont know about this but, from looking at the boats, the ketch’s have 70 - 80 speed. The caravel’s have around 60 speed. You really wont need to worry about the sailboat’s if you have a caravel/ketch
I've already have caravel and on my first try doing it failed miserably because I got stock on two or three Ravenna ship firing and ramming my ship and in the end I die and ship healt is 150
Just jump at the small ass sailboat kill everyone the duck off to the island dont look back..

It is there is a hidden book in the cirrus library that says, The Rise and Fall Of The Arcane/Magic Council from WoM implying that the things and events from WoM also happened in AO.

Ao takes place only a month after magius becomes a thing (if it was cannon still) so literally anything except maybe the discoverery of magius would happen at least like a couple decades in the future
