B.C. Cameron's Final Ride - A Tribute to the Legendary Firefighter of Glenn County

Firefighter, Search and Rescuer, EMT, Mentor, Father, Grandfather, Friend. William "B.C." Cameron was a legendary figure in Glenn County, California and beyond. Before passing away, he simply asked to be given one final ride around the town he spent so many years of his life serving. Emergency Service members from all over the area gathered today to fulfill that wish and pay respects to a man who truly cannot be replaced.

RIP Brother Firefighter.
What a truly beautiful and touching tribute to a man, a highly dedicated public servant, clearly very well respected and beloved by his family, friends, colleagues and the entire community he had dedicated most of his life to.
A special “thank you” for the quite remarkable video presentation honoring this fallen brother Firefighter.
The UAS/Drone footage was very well done. In addition to the more traditional uses of this relatively new technology, SAR / training material / public relations exposure via social media / hazardous environment access with conventional and thermal imaging (FLIR) camera equipment….
The capturing, documenting and keeping memories archived yet fully accessible to anyone from anywhere.
It’s Heroes like this who need to be honored, appreciated and remembered by current and future generations.
With all of the negatives and dangers of the interwebs, documentation of the organizations and the men who comprise the membership rolls of these truly great organizations.
