*International laws* are very clear on the South China Sea:
    - parts of it belong to some ASEAN countries, including Indonesia 🇮🇩,
    - the rest of it is the international water,
    - no part of it belongs to China🇨🇳 or Taiwan🇹🇼.

Why are there bot accounts here politicising the death of 300,000 people in a seismic tragedy?

When the tsunami struck Aceh, I was just a K-2 pupil in Medan, North Sumatra. For some reason, I have no memory whatsoever of the disaster during that time. My dad was involved in some of the reconstruction efforts with the aid of JICA (Japan International Cooperation Agency) as a structural engineer.

After the devastating tsunami in 2004, the world poured more than $1 billion in to help Indonesia 🇮🇩. Among that:
    - The US 🇺🇸 sent $400 million in assistance, and
    - China 🇨🇳 sent $20 million to its Asian friends. LOL
