This podcast is truly becoming a favorite of mine. It’s beautiful and eye-opening to get a glimpse into the push & pull of your relationship dynamic to that shows us just how similar we as people really are.
Processing a recent and impactful break up and watching your channel has been so insightful and self-reflective in my healing.
    Thank you Steph & Craig.

I was listening to this on Spotify and had to come here, to subscribe but also to tell Craig this realization was not small. I have an aggressive case of MS, which I firmly have come to believe is the consequences of trauma on my body all these years (I’m 41 and I can no longer walk) but part of MS as an autoimmune disorder is heat intolerance.
Last week I felt like I was about to die when I got overheated. MS is a disease of the “central nervous system “ (brain and spine) and this realization actually brought everything full circle in my mind in a way it never has before. So thank you Craig for bringing so much clarity to this. Spot on ! 👏

So good! This is all info I've been so excited to learn a little over the last year and I talk about it with this excitement -"omg did you know emotional regulation was a thing ?!? Why didn't anyone tell me!"
Oh haha when I first learned that you feel emotions in your body = 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯
It's great to see that mirrored and from my current state, TN.
    Keep it up! Great sharing
