I align with contents of your videos , as they are always targeting and delegating the students with an optimistic mindset in learning english , the practice exercises. Have a pleasurable day. I'm a developer myself; every time when there is a bug in the application, I have to come up with a solution for it as quickly as possible. In order to get my team leader aligned with the solution, it has to be optimized in terms of performance. Sometimes when it comes to a big feature that we don't have enough bandwidth or resources to hit the deadline, we have to find ways to accelerate the process like delegate unurgen tasks to other teams or work overtime on weekends.
