What a high-quality video. I am a first time founder who is trying to delegate and share the workload. This video showed me just how much I still need to learn.

Your comprehensive explanation of delegation is truly valuable. Can you elaborate on the importance of clear communication during the delegation process and how it contributes to overall success in leadership roles?

I have enjoyed your videos repeatedly. They have taught me far more than what I learned at business school and from some books. What I have learned from your videos motivates me, and I apply those lessons in my internship programs, and it works well. Thank you, Kara, for this valuable video. Please keep producing content like this. Have a wonderful day, greetings from France

I am a subscriber and enjoy your channel. I would love to see a video where you talk about your business experience working and leading in the corporate world. I was looking at your LinkedIn page and the experience you have as an employee is pretty light, two years, one working a teaching gig and a year in accounting in Japan. You have figured out RUclips and I admire your success but it would be great to hear your story on how you shifted into teaching leadership from your limited background of work experience @kararonin I have to ask is “ronin” a play on the Japanese phrase wandering samurai?

Thanks for your comment Steven, and for subscribing! I shifted into leadership after working with people one-on-one and identifying that many of those professionals wanted to reach a leadership position but didn't know how to position themselves for that. It started with more basic advice on succeeding in the workplace and over time, as my expertise has developed, I moved into the leadership space. As for my name, it's my actual name.
