Unless that stat you've cited comes exclusively from games where 1 or more teams played a slow, probing style for the majority of their T side, it's actually irrelevant to the point that Adam is making. He isn't saying that it's T sided, he's saying that it's T sided if the Ts play in a certain way. The phrasing even demonstrates that he knows the map is considered CT sided with the use of 'if.' Take for example, Ancient. They recently rebalanced the map, right? Would we need a full year to end to see HLTV stats to draw conclusions over map side favouritism or ideal playstyles right now? The same goes for OP's suggestion. I don't even agree fully with Adam's conclusion, I think it has a bit more to do with the economy, which impacts the CT side heavily on every map, and there's also C9's internal issues to blame to some degree, but just citing that it's a 50/50 and we need to wait a full year is meaningless.
