The knife stood out for me ito design ideas. Calories are good, essential is perhaps a better word. A must IMO for a day bag and even in a get-home bag. The big idea with any bag is organizing and accessibility. Thanks for sharing

I typically carry a haversack whenever I’m in the woods. The load out changes with whatever I’m doing or planning. But some of the basics are always in there. I’ve never used any of their gear.
I’ve been running an old polish bread bag for years. They don’t come waxed but it doesn’t take much to wax it and it’s a nice sturdy little pack.

At least 2 or 3 times a month we have Spam, Ichibang with an egg. Sometimes we add some mixed veg., and onions. Great eats!!! It's so popular here on Guam introduced to the island when US troops were liberating our island in '44. We just had Spam Fried Rice the other day. Per capita Guam is the #1 consumer of Spam worldwide.

👍 Very well done gear review. Some very interesting items that I will add to my collection of gear (titanium stove & canteen/cup kit pouch). Extremely good lunch. 🙂

Spam and ramen is a seriously underrated meal out in the bush, especially if you can find some wild onions

great video great satchel review. looks right up my street for small game hunting. for some reason i prefer a big satchel /messenger style bag to a backpack for short excursions i guess because you can have a good rummage without having to take the bag off. loving the dpm pattern jacket its a cool classic pattern here in the uk 👍🏻

Looks like a good lunch! Only thing you're missing is a good beer to go with your lunch!
I also really like that tool roll!

Just got mine, after watching your video. It's a great bag and carries more than a couple of other bags I have. I really like the quality and design/layout and the ability to expand the front of it. The waxed canvas has a nice finish and well done. Thanks for another great video.

I should wait till the end to comment 😂but love that load out btw. Keith titanium is awesome I started using them a few years ago and yeah… they’re awesome I don’t see enough people using their gear. But if ya know know… they’re worth every penny.

This reminds me of the Finnish military gas mask bag.. accept in a fully tricked out version. I have one of the gas mask bags that is my haversack currently. I have not modified it in any way just yet but I am planning on it. Great piece of gear you have!

You get many questions about your DPM pattern jacket? I bought a British jacket back in 1981 when I was stationed in England. I have so much DPM now, from Dutch tents and bags, to another British jacket and backpack, I love the pattern myself!

eep! lol, that butchering up the Spam looked a bit fidgety for me.
Firebox Stove sells a decent round/350° worthy cutting board that would just glide in that bag. Maybe help stiffen up a side for support. Med./9 inch @ 8.4 oz it says. (also a small @ 7")
    'n surely cutting boards aren't 1 trick pony's.
HNY ~ Please excuse my .02
