I have to say congrats for the everything you do from A to Z the whole process and the way you present it to the public is absolutely amazing great job 👏🙏.
I’ve been further down in PR and we went in about 800 to 1300 feet of water or so and bringing in some nice red snapper. When you get them up on the boat you could see their eyes popped out of their sockets. It’s crazy how deep down these fish live
You’re really making me jealous with the fishing videos LOL all I’ve been doing here in Texas jungle is catch and cook videos with armadillos and skunks LOL can’t wait to hit the water
Another awesome show. Nice catches there. Capt knows his fishing. We filmed a lot of shows in Islamorada out of Bud n' Mary's and the Cheeca Lodge Sailfish Tournament in the 90's. Bean is a great mate and fishes with Capt Nick sometimes. Oh yeah...I'm wearing your Landshark Fishing shirt today.
Wow .. great show . I love the cooking ..excellent videoing..love all the seasoning WOW this guy is amazing ..best catch and cook ever .. that food look so delicious..
Chef Vic. Another awesome recipe in the books. Tuna cup appetizers and the Queen snapper looked 5 star . If you ever need a dishwasher I'm available...lol
Hey man!! Im going to florida in may first time ever, whats the best way for a west coast guy to have a great fishing adventure there?? My familys going for disneyworld but Im definitely skipping a day at the park to explore florida myself. Recommend a charter or any good piers?
If you cook the shalots, garlic and tomatoes until they break down into a sauce. Then add the zucchini and coconut milk and let it simmer until zucchini is transparent before adding the fish it is so so much better trust me..
Will have to try that, i alo want to cook it down then blend it let it cool and mix it with greek yogurt to make it thicker. Then reheat and i think it will be killer!
Any reason you don't bleed your fish? I know how much you love cooking your catches, as do I. I have found the quality of filets is tremendously improved when I bleed the fish as soon as I catch them. Just wondering...
Bad table manner for the guy with black cup very disrespect ful of the grace and the food didn't even bother to remove his bullcap should give respect to the grace and the creator off all fish and dish you catch from nature
Hey victor, ur dish is kinda familiar with my country dish called "ikan percik" in malaysia.. I have suggestion here how about u grilled or smoked fish first before u put on ur coconut sauce..
The boat u were on in this video was Nick Stanczyk’s old boat before he bought his new one with quad motors on it and that’s prob who u are doing the collab with! And Bean always works on nicks boat as well. Very good video though!!!!
As always your dinner looked ridiculously good. Another recipe I’m stealing from you btw. Also you can’t go to Bud and Mary’s and not swordfish with Captain Nick so I hope that’s the next video.
he fished with chase.....who runs sword charters exactly like nick they infact both went out except dmfd went with nick and he went with chase. He had a bad day, dmfd got a nice snowy, some queens, and a nice sword
so i'm guessing a collab with DMFD. Btw... theres guys in Washington that deep drop 600-800 ft for halibut and catch 50-100 lbs halibut. Personally I'd rather go to Alaska and fish in 200-350 ft of water for halibut but thats how they do it here in Washington.
If you think using a multiplier for deep dropping is difficult then you should research a scarborough, or KP and see how difficult it is with those in 250+ meters with a 3 to 4kg sinker
I know it maybe more work. But could you do a list at the end of each video that has Rod, Reel, Line type and #lbs, and Lures or rig type to help understand what is needed to do the same.
no the gluten issue people have is with wheat gluten... soy sauce I actually made with wheat as well as soy. That is why celiac people need to avoid soy sauce made using wheat. The other gluten free is indeed made with soy which doesn't induce celiac issues. not ball busting...just know I have dealt with the issue for a 12yr stretch but after avoiding gluten whatever was causing my reaction went away, thank the gawds...it's just even small misstatements lead mistakes in judgment for people who don't actually read up on an issue. Love you meals and sense of balancing flavors...always makes be hungry dang it!
I love your catch n cook but they are getting harder with lots of not on hand ingredients. Well not in Australia, crazy that Scallions are shallots and Shellots are red onions. Meh gave up on capitals, but took the effort to say so. Was great to see you both with Deer Meat
Who can guess what RUclipsr we collabed with in the Florida Keys???
Landshark Outdoors dearmeatfordinner?
Landshark Outdoors dmfd or Nick
Deermeatfordinner
Blue gabe deermeat or Nick
Stanzfam
I have arthritis so when I saw in the description 800' of line to reel up I hurt just looking at it. Electric reels.....frickin awesome.
I have to say congrats for the everything you do from A to Z the whole process and the way you present it to the public is absolutely amazing great job 👏🙏.

Greetings from Prague(Czech Republic). Keep up the great work. Btw give my regards to Rob :)
I was thinking, man that's a lot of green. It needs more fish right when Victor says, "it looks like we could use some more fish."
Where did you get those dinner plates? My mother loves them and it would be a nice mothers day gift. And as always, great content! Thanks!

In Hawaii we call it onaga. It is good for sashimi.

Do they freeze it before eaten like sashimi or do you guys eat it right out of the water?
Aloha, thought it looked like onaga.
Great catch. Tasty and super expensive one. We called them Onaga
Looked Amazing can’t wait to give it a try. Capt. James
Hey Victor, Enjoyed the video very much!
How come Brook's Dads boat is rarely tied up at the slip when you are cleaning fish?
That was a workout Vik!
Fresh fish is the best. Love from Sweden
You can say that again and again and again
Thank you for new video 💕✅
Any reason you don't bleed your fish?
I know how much you love cooking your catches, as do I. I have found the quality of filets is tremendously improved when I bleed the fish as soon as I catch them. Just wondering...

Why and when do you use different kinds of oil for cooking.
Snapper would be the only fish I'd keep honestly. It is my favorite tasting fish.
Hey victor, ur dish is kinda familiar with my country dish called "ikan percik" in malaysia.. I have suggestion here how about u grilled or smoked fish first before u put on ur coconut sauce..
