So what you end up with is something that could be a bit more polarizing, but for the people who liked it, they'll really like it.

Adam is their manager, so really, he is included in every single one of the band’s performances. It’s just that he likes to give his younger brothers the spotlight, while he stands back behind the curtain, managing everythig and cheering them on.
