Where do you source your seeds from? I never thought about it before learning about microgreens, but that's a lot of seed! Especially if you're in constant production. Thanks!
When you stack them 4 high, you put a tray with no holes on top of the 4th seeded tray with 15lbs weight in them. I use 3 bricks 5lbs each, you might be able to find a paver stone that fits the 1020 trays that weight 15lbs. You don’t want them under lights yet. After 3 days you transfer to your racks with lights.
do you use fertilizer and if not, have you tested it if it increases yield? jonah etc. are all saying the 4-4-4 fertilizer is increasinflg yield and flavour..
Hi @MicrogreenGems Here is the link to the garden hose I use. amzn.to/3P2EeLf Its nice because on the back side I can lower the pressure of the water coming out. I use low pressure to water trays, mist seeds and wash the flood tables and use full pressure for washing the totes and wokr stations.

Hi simon. Whats your ratio of promix to gaia??
The entire block of soil is 1500g of Gaia soil. I mix 1/3 of the block at a time with 500g.

I use the organic Gaia 4-4-4 fertilizer. I’ll be making a video on how I mix the soil with my cement mixer. It’s a few extra steps and well worth it
How much weight do you put on the stacked 4 trays
I put 3 small bricks. I believe their 5lbs each
What grow medium you using with the fertilizer?
It’s ProMix mp (organic one) with Gaia 4-4-4 organic fertilizer
