This Sandwich Cookie Recipe looks so great!! Just wondering, the buttercream recipe has contain milk, will it makes the cookie soggy? I am thinking using the buttercream filling to stuff with other kind of thinner cookie but worry the water content will makes the crisp dispear.
Cookies were made considering the moisture content of the cream. But if you plan to put cream in a thin cookie other than my recipe, you will need to fill it with a little cream. In particular, blueberry cream has a higher water content than other creams, but blueberry jam is delicious, so try making it. Sand cookies I made are crispy even if kept in the refrigerator for a week in an airtight container. And the finished cookies must be refrigerated. If you can make macarons, try making them with this cream. really tasty

Im making it right now and i think the butter to flour ration isnt working for me or maybe we have different types of flour, i had to add more flour cus the dough was too runny
