An epic mash - Bruichladdich Islay Rye

In November 2017, we worked with our first ever Bruichladdich rye. More than that, the first ever Islay-grown rye. It's been experimental and challenging, but the rewards look to be noticeably different flavours in the spirit. Been looking forward to the Bruichladdich rye since it was announced, but I feel for Gillie and Graeme when they are getting filmed here. I can mash in every day of the week without a worry, until there is engineers around measuring up for its replacement then I'm like 'don't fail now.'
At what age are you planning on maturing the Islay rye?
