Also, on the last INT in the endzone it looks like the Chargers run some kind of NTT or inverted Tampa 2 where the safety drops to the hole and the nickel or star drops to the deep half. The WR sees this and his taught to bend the vertical into the MOFO post snap look. Again, Lance either forces it and or just does not see it which are both bad. Lance is athletic but how far does that get you. A QB must win form the LOS and from the pocket. He is very very inconsistent with his feet and his eyes tying up to the concepts. He is slow on progressions which was shown throughout this entire pre season. He’s just does have it.
Lances first INT was bad all around and for many fans who are saying that he’s not only a starter but, better than Dak is just delusional. Not only was Lance late with his read but with his throw and misses the 7 route by the TE. First, the Chargers bring the nickel or star on a blitz so the safety comes down from a 2 high to 1 man HOLE. Lance has the flat open but, is late wotj his decision and his throw which enables the DB to make a play on the ball. Second, Lance has more than enough time to reset his feet quickly and hit TE on a 7 route to the corner which is wide open. This is a play that a starter must make and it’s a read and throw that has to be made. To say that there was no where for Lance to go with the ball is just flat out wrong.
@@OfficialFamosMuzik it’s completely different. Dak is mad has not only been a starter in the league for many years now, he also has many NFL wins and has playoff wins. This guy is trying to win the back up role. Learn some ball my man
His first pick, he threw the ball into tight coverage while he had the breaking route WIDE open. The 2nd pick IS annoying because he's throwing to a static WR, who is just standing there. The 3rd pick is one that can happen to anyone, I've seen vets get burned on that same play. The 4th pick was iffy, a large TE would have caught it but a small WR with the DB draped all over him is a judgement call. The last pick is just a lack of experience all around. The knock on Lance coming out of college was NEVER his ability it was his experience. Shanahan bit off way more than he could chew trying to mold Lance into a system that is VERY complex and requires the QB to pull defenders OFF at times using pump fakes and misdirection, Lance is not that kind of QB. As it stands, the books isn't closed on him but he still has a lot of skills to develop. The up side to him is that he IS a good passer, he's tall and even in the later years, he'll still be able to play as his legs get heavy. Great break down!
The last pick was tipped at line of scrimmage...Thats why the ball fluttered to the safety...On the the all-22 you see a jumping Dlinemen tip the ball just enough to change the trajectory
@@dakdelusionalfanswithmoree4856 Not sure about playoffs predictions...just yet but Lance is a WAY better thrower than Dak. Dak has terrible mechanics, bad foot work and there are a lot of passes he can't make. He's essentially a tight end playing QB. Lance on the other hand has all the potential but his progress has been slow. A LOT slower than say Jordan Love, who carved up Dallas, humiliating 'wax man' Dak. I call Dak wax man because he MELTS when you turn up the heat.
@@TheCountofToulouse Jordan love started out slow also it took him about 8 games to get it right and he still made a bad decision in playoffs Trey can do same thing he just hasn’t played a full season. Dak is still a developing quarterback after 8 years he still making same bad throws and decisions.
When you see a “NFL” receiver get slowly muscled for an interception that’s a sign that there are far more inadequacies on the field that can’t be seen. Dak plays with guys that are better than him. Trey plays with guys that are not as good as he is.
Yep that’s all people see is 5 picks. With no understanding of football. Trey gives cowboys best chance to win a divisional playoff game this season. That was a preseason game with 3rd and 4th string players. He forced throws in a preseason game . All was a learning experience. And same mistakes the #4 the 8 year vet still makes.
Hahahahaha no understanding of football. This is comical coming from you. Especially, when you said he forced throws. Yea, he shouldn’t be forcing throws at all and then you compare him to Dak who has been playing in the NFL as not only a starter but, a winning QB and a playoff winning QB, who has been paid after his rookie deal. You need to stop man, you are clueless. The INT for a TD is a massive mistake that cannot and must not happen from not only a starter but from a backup. The END dropping to the boundary when you have a dragon concept which is right in his vision just cannot happen. Yea we was playing vs guys who might not even make a NFL so if he was sooo good then these things just do not happen. There’s some actual knowledge for you.
This only see 5 ints and that's all. Well i watch every cowboys preseason game. He could've had 5 ints in every preseason game. He's been plain bad. Not enough experience. He panicks under pressure and will ultimately take too long to develop. Cowboys should cut him loose.
Brilliant breakdown
Thank you man!!

That opening statement sums up most people’s take plus their idea Dak Prescott is better or equivalent to Patrick Mahomes 😅

Yeah Dak has never thrown that same interception multiple times in the same game 😂

Reps and game time experience he going to be a top quarterback . He can help cowboys win a divisional round playoff game this season

The errors can be taught and learned via reps but not the talent.
Trance is gonna be the best quarterback in the NFL. You need to keep your asking yourself. How many years has he been playing total?
