I am A Mewtwo main but I can’t pull off fancy combos like that because when I try to ledge cancel it always kills me sometimes even when standing on the edge

Love your videos! I was wondering what you would think about Mewtwo’s disable working like it does in the Pokémon games. Would you like it if it prevented the opponent from using the last move they used for a certain amount of time? Do you think this would make it better than it is in its present state?
Obviously just speculation, but I don't see any scenario where Pokemon disable is better than Smash Disable. Pokemon Disable is nice in Pokemon since it removes 25% of an opponent's moveset. Smash characters have at least 18 moves, and removing 1 doesn't seem worth it at all.

Edit: I was just thinking it could be potentially useful in mus that rely heavily on certain moves (I.e. disabling Samus charge shot or pikachu’s quick attack after he gets up from the ledge. Of course all in theory lol).
