That is probably one of the most important questions for me. I have structured the company so that I am only the Creative director today. The team takes care of all the rest. If something were to happen to me, it is necessary to find a creative director to succeed me, and he or she will have the 18 concepts/calibers we have already created and the 7 other concepts/calibers in the pipeline to work with so as to create the next chapter in the life of MB&F.

I cannot stop myself from coming up with new projects all the time. I actually created a fully new brand 3 years ago. It was so inspiring and engaging. A fantastic project. But I had to accept that I do not have enough time for MB&F and my family. So how was I going to spearhead another brand ? I therefore killed it before the launch.
