Star seems to becoming Eagle ,so it seems that’s the place to buy now since it’s cheaper and up and coming!

Star is nice, but does not havevthe high end homes that eagle has. Big difference. I also noticed that Star homes look more like cookie cutter homes. I am not interested in a cookie cutter home.

My neighbor said it best. Eagle is too Las Vegas and it is comfortable to come home to Star.
