looks like a freaking dream. I'm wondering what a good area would be for a single person lol. Like, I'm not a city/downtown kind of girl per se, but a lot of these suburbs look catered to families for sure. Would be awesome to see a video or two on your take on areas for us singles lol.
Nicole, thanks for the feedback.... I can add that to my list. Tell me, what do you look for in a neighborhood and home when you're considering a place to live?
@@livinginidaho that would be amazing, thank you! Well, I do love a suburb vibe. Safe, bike-able, peaceful, shopping centers (like I think it's the village lol). But, I guess just a bit more in terms of nightlife. Breweries, wineries, bars, places for concerts, or even like minor league sports or semi-pro sports. I'm a big sports girl and I know Idaho doesn't have pro teams but haven't heard much about sports in Idaho as a whole.. I do love outdoorsy things so that seems to be covered everywhere haha but ultimately just more of an area where the demographic is like 25-40. Young professional-type.
An HOA, which stands for Homeowners Association, is like a special group that helps people who live in the same neighborhood take care of their homes and keep things nice. They make rules to make sure everyone follows them, like keeping the yard clean or not painting the house strange colors. They also help take care of things like the neighborhood park or swimming pool.
Hi Penelope, yes there are some 55+ communities in Eagle and more outside of Eagel if you're open to considering some of the surrounding cities. Within Eagle Idaho two options are Pacific Heights and Spring Creek Townhomes. What other questions can I answer for you?
Yes, that is the Vizcaya neighborhood. The specific house you're seeing in the image is here on zillow. www.zillow.com/homedetails/2596-N-Vizcaya-Way-Eagle-ID-83616/89042816_zpid/ What kinda of home are you looking for in the area?
Thank you, very much, this was really well done. I am a senior and am almost on my way to moving there. 😀
Can’t wait to have you, where are you moving from?
Southern Oregon, but I am moving into an apartment in Eagle.
That’s great. I’m actually flying out to Medford on Friday. That’s a lovely area, i took my wife there one time for the Shakespeare festival.
Thank you so much, that was very informative! Great content 👌
Glad it was helpful Pavel. Where are you watching from?

@@livinginidaho I like the idea of the HOA. 😄 Especially since it keeps neighborhoods clean and attractive.

1:32 Lovely looking homes and neighborhood, do you know the name of this particular community/neighborhood?

What kinda of home are you looking for in the area?
I grew up in Eagle, Idaho, when there were only 500 people in the Eagle area. I raised my children in Eagle. I can no longer afford to live in Eagle.
I caught a quick flash of a certain flag while this guy said something about pride.
All I need to know.
