Croque XXL
Ingredients:
50 gr of grated Gruyere
8 slices of sandwich bread
8 toastinettes flavor of your choice
2 slices of ham
200 ml of crème fraîche
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Sprinkle the bottom of the mold with Gruyere
Place 4 slices of sandwich bread
Add a toastinette on each slice of sandwich bread
Place the slices of ham
Add 4 more toastinettes
In a salad bowl, break 2 eggs and pour 200 ml of crème fraîche
Whisk the mixture and add Gruyere.
Pour the preparation on top and add Gruyere on top.
Bake at 190 ° for 30 minutes.
