For anyone in the corporate world, a producer is a project manager/product manager. They COULD be hands-on in some elements, but they don't need to be since others can be.

I got bored being a beat maker and it’s turning me into a producer. I only make music now after I get inspired by a clean acapella (isolated vocal) i can build around. It’s been helping me. I suggest giving it a try. Unless you want to be a beatmaker forever which is cool 2🫡
