    With due respect, 1st question which you asked (6:56) it's answer will be
    Option-D None of the above.
    As per sec-196(2) it's clear written-
    other than a criminal conspiracy to commit an offence punishable with death, imprisonment for life or rigorous imprisonment for a term of two years or upwards, which works as an exception and in this Court can cognizance.

    At 26:37 Please Recheck Sir, SEC. 198 Sub. Sec (6)
    The age of wife is mentioned 15 years instead of you telling 18 years in reference to the taking Cognizance of an offence under Sec. 376 of IPC ( SEXUAL INTERCOURSE BY A MAN WITH HIS WIFE)
