The best in my humble opinion.
1000%

He said, “Africa is where God loves to be!” 💕
I loved that also!

Hi Felisha !
Amun🙏🏾
Buju, took full command of this interview and lectured us all. Love it!!
I wish everyone could listen and understand the message. There are so many gems that he dropped
So true I was thinking the same thing.
He's very wise. Ive been a fan of his forever.
So many‼️💎
A ton of gems. Makes you wonder about your own mind and what you’ve allowed in.
Jermaine Edgar word‼️
BUJU is a spiritual BAD MAN, who spits pure facts all day everyday! ✊🏾

True Rastafarian, full of knowledge, wisdom and understanding, “the word is power”. Gagamel....Buju Blanton, mi seh. Proud to be a Jamaican. 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲💯❤️
💛💚🖤
Proud of Buju. He is so knowledgeable and a true prophet. I remember right up at his feet on a stage in Stone Mountain, GA and the thrill of him singing to me❤. Proud Jamaican 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲
No matter how they tried to change the subject, buju brought it right back to his message of righteousness🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
That’s all he got. Like a priest bring you back to god . A smoke screen. Goats see past these fast talkers who sound brighter than you. It’s not what a man say it’s also what he does. What have he done but talk.
I noticed that, it’s amazing
@@Debbiestylez why so much dislike towards Buju. Serious question
He made a homophobic song in 1992
@@millyjilly7586 He's repented (turned away) from that and apologized. He was an ignorant young man (barely a man) when he wrote it. The person who outed him in the NYPost was a misogynist at the same age that Buju wrote that. I wish I had the nerve to call him out about his woman-hatred. Don't throw stones.

The regular audience of this show is not ready for this message. They rather discuss nonsense like Jada, and August. I hope people HEAR him.
Shut up

Definitely an icon.
Who doesn’t call him an icon. 😂😂😂
He's a servant of the music first
He's a servant of the music first, people tend to forget that, that's why when you think you bigger than the music, that's when you really lose yourself.
I've been telling people, no one can have a Vurzuz with this man, his catalog is too vast and complicated, no other jamaican artist have ever touch every genre of music as this man.
I'm a Jamaican and Buju wasn't my favourite Artist..but after watching this interview I have a new found love for him..so inspiring sir Buju, this message is an awakening..Love you Buju..🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤❤😘

Til Shiloh is classic album. If you only listen to one thing by him have it be that.
We Jamaicans have a way of captivating the audience. The truths in his message is our blessing! Bless up Gargamel!!! 🇯🇲🇯🇲🇯🇲💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Buju needs to be honest as to why he was willing to partake in the distribution of drugs to our people. I am A FAN FAN FAN of his catalog before he went behind bars. But now i have to view him in a different light moving forward, cause mi cyaan support anyone who is knowly buying drugs to feed our own people.
@Marlene Mclean I know there's more...and it needs to come from Buju...the truth..not 'i was setup'
@@shannondull3006 Honestly since the homosexuals community has gained more rights like (BLM) right around that time him like many other reggae artists traveled to do show, these groups would challenge him about the botiboi tune ( forgiveness for wrong spelling) and he was just hooked up with the wrong people and was basically setup, not saying he could have made a better choice, but dude was in his 30s at the time and as adults we make bad decisions from time to time. I'm having to listen again and again.
This has to be the most in depth breakfast club interview
He is 100% correct!!! My eyes were opened during this epidemic. Started my own garden, growing vegetables and herbs. It saved my pockets and we are eating healthier because of it. Taking it back to the way my ancestors provided for themselves has benefited greatly.

@ He's talking to the black race. Unity, education and love will push the black race to success. Buju has always talked about uplifting the poor and bringing awareness in his music of the injustice the brown and black race face everyday. His music is a voice for the poor. That's because they can't get a word in edgewise - he completely over talks them. They were silent when L. Farrakhan was a guest as well, but he engaged their questions. Buju is dropping science and jewelry but he's also assuming that he is the smartest person in the room, and that's not true.
@George George Everthing? Come on, some is his opinion especially pertaining to his comments about George Floyd protesting getting out of hand. IMO.
They’re listening carefully because the connection is not that great. It’s just like reporters on tv, the responses can be delayed. Which is why TBC are talking over each other. Buju has the clearest connection out of the four. 🙄

Everytime, they asked or divert to commonly vain questions that they usually asked other guest, BUJU brought them back to where he BUJU wants to be, to deliver his profound message so it becomes his narrative, not theirs. . I've heard you says this opening on his show that one must maintain their culture and reggae is the foundation of consumer and the heartbeat of the people therefore it's the culture of the people and he's still not getting it as long as these guys collect payola.
that is all that seem too matter
you mention
12 tribes of Israel there was only. 4 trbes so we need to correct the story from the monster who write the his story: and the game ; a chance to tell you how they play the game instead of that the master and changing the rules to suit his own gain and games

@MrSpliffstarz true but the best reggae album ever made was exodus so those two things are separate to me.
@@karenl7786 yes. It is the greatest dancehall album of all time. There's nothing to rival this album by any of the other leading dancehall artists who were his contemporaries. Beenie Man, Bounty Killer or any of the other greats don't have any album that comes close to the raw soul, spirit and lyricism of the album. Bounty killer's album My Experience was a masterpiece as well as Capelton's Still Blazin. But none can rival Til Shiloh. It's literally the illmatic of Dancehall
I wouldn't call it a Dancehall album.
Preach my brother! He is always giving a message but this was a whole lecture! Love it! I got so emotional because black people have no idea how powerful we are!
This is one of the reasons why I like Jamaicans! They always kick game when need be!!! The ones I've met anyways
Jamaicans stay close to Yah and Country (God and Country). We are a deeply spiritual people, but we have the hearts of warriors. I think one of the reasons why we are the way we are is that we've never not look to Africa. Therefore, that sense of identity has always been there. We do not look to slavery for our root. This is not shade to any black man/Black American, but i have heard or been a part of conversations with African Americans and some of them, can't see themselves past slavery. They do not identify with Africa. This is a mistake. You must know where your root lies for it is from and through its root that the tree draws life/sustenance. Like Buju said, we are Israel. We are Judah. We are the people of the Book. We need to know this as a collective and stop identifying with our circumstances rather than with our true selves. Blessed Love!
@@PoetClbrown god bless you king! Thank you for sharing your wisdom
Bobby Cole Admire Jamaicans but BB was saying it’s everybody... wisdom comes from everywhere...

Watched him live in Amsterdam last year. He is by the greatest stage performer I've ever seen. He commanded the stage in such a way even when he performed non hit songs, he didnt lose the crowd.

There is power and it provokes deep thinking. Reminds me of conversations with my dad. I know I've been lucky 🍀, thanks to my dad and uncles.
