I'm an Ohio State fan but after the fight Iowa put up and the class y'all showed after the game has won my respect. I'm rooting for Iowa in the Orange Bowl. Stomp GT and make the Big 10 proud.

Being a Husker fan, I can tell relations between us Huskers & Hawks are going to get ugly come November. But really, there's so much in common between us. farms & cornfields border our highways. We have booming cities, and striving economies. Heck, we even got great football teams to say the least. So when November 25th comes around, and the guy sitting next to you is in red, remember that there may be 278 miles of farmland, but there's truly a common bond. FOOTBALL. GO HAWKS & GO BIG RED!!!!!!
GO HAWKS! i grew up in cedar rapids when i was little sitting on the couch eating corn chips and pace salsa every night iowa played. now im 13 and i live in winthrop which is closer to UNI panthers but im still an iowa fan. may the memories live on. paul, i love the spirit of the college life and scene, no matter what college. this is a great fight song!! our josh had a nice scholarship offer from iowa state but it was way too cold up there for him!! LOL he ended up going to my alma mater - central missouri - where he "would never go!!" it's been great being at all his football and basketball games, as it takes his old dad - me - back!! thanks, for the share!! david

My dad received his Master's in Organic Chemistry from University of Iowa (back in the 1930s!!) so I am a BIG Iowa fan! Great version of the fight song - and I'm with all the folks protesting the haters - if you can't say something nice, don't say anything. I mean, what's the point?

I was heartbroken when you couldn't pull out the win vs. Michigan recently, whom I hate more than any other team that could ever exist. I was singing fight, fight, fight for Iowa but the boys couldn't pull it off. I need it to be MN and IA at the top of the big 10. Ohio State can die.

Iowa was better than their 6-6 record showed in 2007, though. They tied Penn State's conference record, and played most teams competitively except for Penn State, who blew them out 27-7. They also upset a great Illinois team.
In 2004 they absolutely demolished Ohio State 33-7, and then the next week squeaked past a mediocore Penn State team 6-4. And in 2002-2003 they beat Michigan. So I guess you're a fan of the Iowa Hawkeyes now.
