thank you so much !!! i’m trying to study and learn quite a bit and all of your videos are so helpful !! 🖤😁😁😁 only thing is that wish i found these sooner !!!
Great explanation and physical wiring up of the components from the wiring diagram !!! Thank you so much and keep the videos coming !!! Where were you when I was wiring streetcars and subway cars :). LOL
We have similar control circuits at work with 480 power but with 480 or 120 starter coils. None have auxiliary contacts but instead a couple jumper wires.
Amazing work I just got little confuse because the neutral was red and I was thinking it was hot but it’s your neutral 😅that’s is going back to the transformer
Great video! I wonder if there is a standard in the choice of live wires to feed the step down transformer (for the coil)? Here, in Quebec-Canada, all the electricians I talked to are using L1 and L2. You used L1 and L3 in one video and L1 and L2 in another.
Man I've been stuck on wiring my push button parrallel with my foot pedal in motor controls 1. Man if you had a video kinda explaining and showing how to follow the ladder diagram in depth that would be hugely grateful. Or how you could use a limit switch in place of the foot pedal
Thanks for the suggestion. Can you send me the wiring diagram or the word problems for the project? I'm not the best at communication on here so email it to me at Mikericetrainingfilms@gmail.com I`ll see if I can find a training board to film it on.
Auto would just receive a signal to start and stop the motor based off a time schedule and usually receives this signal from a controller. And Hand will just bypass the auto. Is it possible to make a video for us please.
M1 will normally look in a drawing as k1 or something similar, this is a contact that supplys the power to the mirror, M1 in this case would be the A1 and A2 to latch the coil which energises your motor
HAHA I know! It doesn't matter how many times I practice a video or how comfortable I get with the camera, I still say some of the worst things! Thank God for editing! Thanks for watching
I'm 54 years old I did a a lot of testing no installations and this set up would kick my a. Today I understand it. Thank you sir.
Thank you!
Today I understand motor control because of you and how great you explained it! Thank you from Houston. Texas
Thank you! I'm glad this helped you!
I think you did a excellent job explaining the Motor Control Circuit!! Great job!
a minute in and i can already tell im going to like ALL YOUR VIDEOS!! good shit bro thank u
Perfecto, Buen Teacher...La forma que explicas y haces la funcion ..es simple y perfectamente bien explicada para entender . Felicidades y Gracias.
Awesome, thanks for sharing man!
very straight and educating video have learned a lot here keep the good work going.
Watching this video helped! Thanks amigo
Thank you for the clear explaination. Keep up the good work
good info, great videos
I love how u unpack this...I now understand ❤
I agree 100% - very clear explanation - outstanding. Thank you !
Thanks!
100/10 🔥 excellent job
great video!! well said brother!!!
Sir, thank you very much for your time and I'm very interesting about your electrical installation for my future career.
Good job on this! a suggestion though, can you number the videos, I had a hard time finding the 1st, 2nd and so forth videos.
Awesone, this is what i was looking for. Many thanks for sharing
No problem! glad it helped!
Very well explained 👍🏼
Hi Brother, you are doing a good Job!
OMG, THIS MAN ADVISES AND TAKE-CARS LIKE FATHERS DO!
This video is after helping me a lot
thank you so much !!! i’m trying to study and learn quite a bit and all of your videos are so helpful !! 🖤😁😁😁 only thing is that wish i found these sooner !!!
I'm the very same, this makes it so simple
South Korea HVAC 기능공입니다~
good👍👍
the best explanation on RUclips ever!!!!!!!
Wow! Thank you!
awesome 👍
Love this video
Thanks so much buddy.
Great explanation and physical wiring up of the components from the wiring diagram !!! Thank you so much and keep the videos coming !!! Where were you when I was wiring streetcars and subway cars :). LOL
Glad you like them! I hope to do more in the future!
I no longer do this but I just like to keep knowing it, it just gives me fun
Thank you very much. Powerful lesson
Thank! That means a lot
Great job.
Thank you!
Very good and nice detail explaining
Hi, I like your video. Thanks
We have similar control circuits at work with 480 power but with 480 or 120 starter coils. None have auxiliary contacts but instead a couple jumper wires.
Thank you teacher god bless you
Thanks Sir, from your newest student
Very good explanation 👍👍👍
Thanks man! I'm glad it helped!
Amazing work I just got little confuse because the neutral was red and I was thinking it was hot but it’s your neutral 😅that’s is going back to the transformer
....thank you
Awesome

You are correct in thinking L1 and L2 should be used. When I made this video I was trying to show students they all carried the same power.
thanks
No problem!
Hi Brother, how you have not put double circuit breaker on the 480 volts that feed the transformer?
Man I've been stuck on wiring my push button parrallel with my foot pedal in motor controls 1. Man if you had a video kinda explaining and showing how to follow the ladder diagram in depth that would be hugely grateful. Or how you could use a limit switch in place of the foot pedal

Hi
I,m looking for a latching or flip flop relay that can be trigerd with 9v dc to control 240v ac relay
How do I find or build something like that?
HI Iam from bangladesh. i saw your videos. i am a diploma engineer.but i can't to solve smoothly industrial electrical problem.
Hello, Great video! How would you do this with a hand off auto selector switch?
You could. I've seen it done. It's a little bit more confusing to set up depending on what you want it to do.
Auto would just receive a signal to start and stop the motor based off a time schedule and usually receives this signal from a controller. And Hand will just bypass the auto. Is it possible to make a video for us please.
If latching contact is a NC why it doesn't energize the motor coil without pressing start button
Bc if you look carefully the normally closed contact is attached to the auxiliary the contactor isn’t energized yet
hi sir, i want to control the switches from mobile can i place relay across switch
At 2:08 basically that's a DC power supply
So your coil and your aux are the same voltage so where does a2 go
Yes, they have the same control voltage. I don't understand the question about the A2?
Is a2 a neutral wire
@@user-xu8il7fy1b Yes, it does after it goes through the normally closed switch in the overload.
sir can you introduce us to VFD control and configuration.
I plan to do a lot more VFD stuff next year.
@@Mikesfilmss fair enough good luck
How about relay
Add a relay
Very good , thank you but check your NC stop switch drawing .
Troubleshooting
what is the meaning of M1?
M1 will normally look in a drawing as k1 or something similar, this is a contact that supplys the power to the mirror, M1 in this case would be the A1 and A2 to latch the coil which energises your motor
Mechanical ness? 😂 Good video though.
