People complain about the price, but do they not realize it is better built than an Arrma Typhon? 4mm 7075 vs 3mm 6061, alloy towers vs cast, thick bevel diff gears vs thin straight cut, steering hub into spindle carrier vs single triple ball joint carrier on Typhon. You can see the cost cutting all over the Typhon to get to $499, whereas the Vorza was undoubtedly built to a higher quality and thus higher price point.
Oh yeah nice to see HPI coming back I love my Vorza way under geared from factory , I installed the optional shocks and geared to a 17t pinion price is a little high by about $100 I think.
Hey just to say I have had a vorza for 8 years S now. Simply it is a lot of money to buy. But it’s one of my best all time buys. Which is why I will never sell it. Great vid my man..👍.
I literally just sold my original Vorza Flux this past weekend. I would never feel comfortable running it anymore due to a lack of possible parts support.
I have the original with castle system, and put a set of rear hoons(rear felony tires) all the way round, and it's an absolute burner on the road at 6s. I wouldn't sell my original for a grand.
If you want to get the handling a touch better, track down the 112mm rear shock tower and shocks, just those two things somehow transform the whole buggy.
I would never buy HPI car again. They discontinued all their old stuff. Then start a new product line. Not cool HPI!! Start making parts for all your old cars!
Special thanks to Luke Torres🤜🤛
I CHANGED THE GEARING AND 6S I RAN OVER 85 MPH LOL VERY FAST.

I’d like to see HPI come out with a Xmaxx sized savage
I'm so happy to see the return of this beast of a buggy ! Back in the day this bad boy was no joke 👍 can't wait for the running video
The KING of all bash buggies!!!!
Typhon 6s is laughing at you
Still have my original Vorza, purchased in 2010, great buggy
I like that it doesn't look like a knockoff slash 4x4 chassis like the stadium trucks you reviewed
Just dug mine out of storage dust and putting it back together
Great choice… that is my first buggy ever i bought 2 years back.

I have a HPI savage nitro immaculate condition in my loft, it hasn't run for years.
I just traded for one of these. Mine has a white and red body on it. Idk if it came in that color scheme at some point. Thanks JayTee 👍
Top of the food change for a O.G. buggy, & a beast on 6s.

So far ahead of its time. Still looks great, but ouch, that price!
ikr
Nice Content man Yes Had 2 Vorzas Fast Even Faster Now With These new Motors And Esc
JT, is the Vorza better than the Typhon 6S.
I love them n I just love hpi rcs wish the truggy come with the hard gears in the diffs to start with
Good vid bro. Nice to hpi back, even though that price is ridiculous. Would love to see a vid of your collection 😁
Come on we need smellavision with you on this bro!!! 👊👍👍👍. New HPI I love it!!!!
😂
Still rocking a Trophy nitro that I converted into a "flux".
Still got my original. Love it
Curious to see how it will compare to the typhon 6s
it was my first buggy 11 years ago.
Looks cool , $739 tho ?! That’s Kyosho territory ain’t it? Good vid JT 🔥
yea.man...way to much now
This buggy ended my Nitro 4-tec's 6 year winning streak at our annual Hobbytown Drag races back in 2013....
nice

one of the BEST cars!!👍
@JayTee RC nice video, which would you get out of this HPI Vorza Flux or FTX DR8 ?
ftx? never heard of it. how is part support?
@@JayTeeRC I am going for the FTX DR8
I'm lovin it.. One question, how good are the green castle motors?
8th scale ones. good
What up j the old hpi vorza and savage had different esc it was call 200 amp blar people kep having fires. With that esc
I got one and upgraded everything I could with billet it’s been amazing 💯. Wish you could see it. 👌🤘👍
What companies made the upgrade parts?
Yep I think they are over priced but an awesome buggy
I have an integy motor mount on my vorza it is like a v4 arrma
I would buy this one
Fire🔥
I want to see you get the hpi savage xs
Is HPI making parts for the Vorza?? I'm scared to run mine incase I break it and there is no more parts especially in Canada...
jennysrc.com
Guys. Is it possible to tune the speed of the Vorza and make it slower for my kid to play with
yes.
5th? that's Savage numbers...
It looks like a beefed up 10 scale buggy to me
1.18 motor shaft looks offset🤔
$739 is just nuts for a 10+ year old platform 🤦🏻♂️
100% agree! I'd get Serpent 811be RTR with charger & lipos.... money left to buy soda & snacks!
😂😂😂 🍟 🍸
yep!!!!!
Who cares how old it is, this thing is a beast
Can u just use one connector for a 22.2 v set up do you have to run 2 3 cells ?
you can use one and put a Looper on other connector
I put a little bigger tires on my rc-mt10e now I burnt-out 2 deans plugs on 2c batteries what would you suggest
xt90 or ec5
I'll give them a try thank you
If it still had the Castle combo, it would be worth the money. Honestly that was one of the biggest selling points.
Looks great but the price is too hot.
Definitely not worth it. Didnt think it was worth it when it was cheaper.
Cool channel dude
tks!!
$740?!?!?!?!
A high-powered 6S buggy still using Deans connectors in 2022? Bizarre.
Thick or Thicc??? 😂🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
It’s one of the fastest buggy’s about mine rips check my vids 😎👍🏻
Like most all other buggies they just copied kyoshos over 20 years old design
It's so expensive
Hi
For that price you might as well get a Baja. SMH
That's an expensive buggy!
I would never buy HPI car again. They discontinued all their old stuff. Then start a new product line. Not cool HPI!! Start making parts for all your old cars!
Same goes for losi, they just end production and buyers are screwed. No parts available
