I have gtx 1050 ti i5 3570 and 16 gb ram but I get only 28 to 35 fpsWhy please tell me

My pc is ram 8 ddr3 cpu i5 3470 graphics rx580 8 gb If I install this game, it probably takes a fps ?
your processor is same like mine and it will bottleneck so the performance will not be as great as it should bebut still you will get 60+ fps(thank you so much for watching my bf2042 video please subscribe to the channel)
