Hi, how did you automize your coffee machine? Is it a fancy machine or an old one with a simple switch and you have one of these smart electric sockets?

When you take this idea and apply it everywhere, it honestly becomes baffling how inefficient we live on a routine basis... But powerful since you then have the chance to change it since you're conscious of it. Thanks Andrew!

  • @mesCheerios

I think this is yr best video for me personally. The biggest thing that stopped me procrastinating was simply going to the library to study. It's harder to work this stuff out when environmental choices are limited... like i don't really have the means to automate a coffee dispenser as my alarm haha (u sounded the happiest ever talking about that coffee hahah) but i am lucky enough to be in a country where libraries are still accessible. But mindset at the end of the day is the only factor that you will always have some choice in so it's good not to forget that. Making art with a personal purpose is a GREAT idea truly, i think p much anyone can do this.

Firs off great video ! I've watched you for about 4 months or so and I'm consistantly impressed. The smart home thing has changed my life alone. Even something as mundane as setting a reminder , which used to take over a minute with a phone now only takes about 10 seconds with a google or alexa . It dosent sound like much but those tiny changes are huge !

Look around your compartment, become mindful of your environment. When you alter your surroundings that's one little change that would assist you for the rest of your life. The environment you are in is like a canvas, all of the things in the background shape the way you feel in general. If there are nasty people in your canvas you will feel up irritated in general. Therefore, If you change your environment rightly you will change everything, especially your mental environment.
