Trying a NEW Technique to Catch Dinner (Offshore Bottom Fishing)

- In this video, my buddy Jordan and I went 18 miles offshore of Tampa Bay, Florida to go bottom fishing for grouper, snapper, and hogfish. We tried a new technique of chumming by using the "Super Shrimps Chum" by Aquatic Nutrition. It's essentially a chum bag filled with shrimp pellets that you drop to the bottom to attract fish. After dropping the chum down, it didn't take us long to start hooking into some good fish!

What kind of crabs
I picked up the Bulls Bay Bolt Medium fast action rod a few weeks ago. Love these rods!! I was just thinking about picking up the Banshee today. First fish on the Bolt rod was a 34 1/2" snook. Nice outing for you guys. Keep it tight.

Surprised. Why not another St Croix Avid mate? I wouldnt be without my 2. Ive always put my Shimano Stradics on them but just bought a Slammer 4 4000 for the Med-Heavy one. Tried it out 2 days ago and what a great combination.
