It's Saturday night, 9pm. I just finished an episode of COPS and now I'm watching this. Thank you for uploading these videos, it helps me keep the old fashioned Saturday nights alive.
John Walsh discussed the Eddie James and Polly Klaas cases in his 1998 book "No Mercy". Eddie James and Richard Allen Davis are still on death row today, after nearly 30 years.
I just Feel sorry for Polly Klaas's Family, losing their daughter, I just wish I could turn back time and Bring This Little Girl and all the other children that were murdered back to life, and bring back the lives that were taken from them.
@@jimmytucheck3115 I wouldn't be surprised if it never happens with him. Since there's currently a moratorium on the death penalty in California, he may die before they get a chance to give him the needle. Or they may commute his sentence to life without parole.
I lived a block from ed childers. I was 17 when that happened. I lived on Marx Drive. I remember this like it was yesterday. In 2004 i bought a mobile home catty corner from where this happened.
I was born in Seattle in 1973, where I grew up. Since 2012, Vancouver BC has been my favorite vacation spot. I have always been most fascinated with cases in Washington, Oregon, and British Columbia, because I can place myself at the scenes of the crimes. I KNOW where Merritt BC is!!
Thanks for sharing. I posted a segment of Western Washington's Most Wanted recently. Some of the episodes I've uploaded come from KCPQ. Any chance you recorded stuff off of TV back then?
@@TheVHSReviver Hi VHS Reviver! You know what I wish was easy and inexpensive? Transferring VHS tapes, to DVD's! But believe it or not, most of these "converted DVDs" would be of old Sonics games and sports highlights tapes I used to do in my 20s! I did record a handful of America's Most Wanted episodes around 1991-92, but chances are you already have them anyway (and, my VHS tapes went to the recycle bin, unfortunately). You do a great job with all of these, and of course I don't expect you to remember every case (especially if they aren't specific to where you've lived and grown up), but I wonder if the still-unsolved murder case of Patrick Cress (born in 1970, murdered in 1983 in Kingsgate, Washington) was on those Western Washington episodes. We sure have our "bad people" in this part of the country! Fortunately, not me, though: I've always been just a nerd and a geek, who loved sports and now loves true crime shows! It makes me appreciate and respect the police, detectives, coroners, and forensics people that much more.
Hello, will u be uploading more AMW videos on here besides what’s on the archive? It’s awesome to see more AMW videos on RUclips as these are very scarce and hard to find now a days. Thank you for uploading this true gem of a show on your channel 👍🏻
You might have missed a bit in the Archive. They don't all seem to come up in the preview player. Click show all a little down the page on the right, and there should be folders with more episodes and a four hour long AMW tape that has not been cut into episodes yet.
The Al Kite story is wild.. i think its from 2006 or so... if you can find that episode it would be amazing.. these episodes take me back to my childhood.. keep doing God's work
Unfortunately I don't have any from around that time frame. 2006 was season 20. I only have season 21+ around then. I tried to upload an episode from one of those 21+ seasons (Can't remember which), and it was completely blocked by Lifetime Network. If you or anyone you know has any episodes on tape please get in touch. I'd be more than happy to digitize them.
@TheVHSReviver all good. I just remember that story being one of the most interesting and sad I've seen on these crime shows. I grew up with AMW, Unsolved Mysteries as I'm sure most of the ppl watching did. Ever hear of a show called Missing: Reward?
Not as far as I know, sorry. I am actually looking for older episodes of Cops. I have had family, friends, and friends of friends keeping an eye out, and some of the tapes with Cops episodes also had these AMW episodes.

I also remembered these cases from the book. And it’s an absolute travesty that Davis hasn’t been executed a long time ago.

It always seemed to me that WA was a serial killer haven. It was always like I heard WANTED followed by King County.

I guess back then you don't call police smh people just mind their business. I wouldn't be able to watch someone get abused and do nothing.
That's what I was thinking
Back then? The only people who call them now are the type of people who call all the time for everything

Richard Allen Davis abducted Polly Klass
I want to see more America's Most Wanted, especially from 1993 to 1995.
Polly was dead by this broadcast unfortunately
