- Hey everyone and welcome to the channel! We now live close to Anna Maria Island and figured we'd go do a sunrise paddle by Bean Point. We loved this beautiful stretch of crystal clear water with no waves this morning. The beach stretches stretches 7 miles long with a couple piers to visit. Parking was free and there was plenty of it as long as you got there earlier enough and not during a busy holiday.

We’re you paddling at high tide? Curious to see how low it goes as it doesn’t seem so deep for quite a distance. Again, the waters are so clean I’m jealous!
I believe this was high tide during this video. Low tide roughly is from roughly 4 -5 PM? I wish I know so I could give you a better idea haha. Thank you! The water there is like a bathtub.

I'll be there January 16th-24th, will the water be this clear at that time of year? When do the rays school in large numbers in tampa bay? Can you see them year round?
The water here looks like that only when it has not rained in a while. It's Florida so you can never know but it looks like it now from other videos. Rays come and go, most likely they hang around shoreline in the mornings and afternoons when there's not a ton of people around but then again I could always be wrong.
