I didn’t even try to start labor lol. I got scheduled for induction and the day of ironically my water broke on its own. However I hope your baby girl comes & that it all goes well!! 💕
My first born I had a c section I wanted vbac so bad so with my second pregnancy at 38 weeks I made sure I walked around a park for an hour did the yoga ball to open up and dilate , and right after did the mid wifes Brew and it was successful ! Contractions came fast so i kept doing squats bouncing on yoga ball until the pain was unbearable. sure enough got to hospital they checked my cervix I was dilated to 4 and was admitted . Was in labor for 2 hours my son was finally born healthy baby 7lbs 10oz

What should i use instead of tea
I tried the brew an castor oil alone three times. It did give contractions but my body just was not ready to go into labor so I finally gave up. Don’t be super sad if it doesn’t work for you guys it’s not full proof. I’m actually being scheduled for an induction because my labor is being so stubborn haha! Good luck moms!

This worked for me! I drank it at about 4pm yesterday. Walked. And was in labor by 10:15pm I’m currently in active labor still but it did in fact put me into labor!!!!
I tried it five times total in two different pregnancies, and it never worked for me.
It works if made 100% correctly . I noticed that you made the tea right then and there. The original recipe uses like 10 tea bags, steeped overnight .
Next appointment ask them to sweep your membranes! I had contractions the day after and lost my mucous plug. That night is when my water broke. Fingers crossed they don’t have to induce you, that makes the contractions a lot more painful/faster rather than naturally having them back to back
Worked for me. I drinker it at 11pm. Walked for an hour and at 3:54am she was here.

Try moving on a yoga ball. That helped me so much👌 was on my way to the hospital an hour after being on the ball

I’m re watching this because I’m on my second pregnancy it worked on my first pregnancy and as I’m re watching this I didn’t think of putting ice in it I drank it warm😭😭😂😂😂

What made me go into labor was me cleaning I was literally sweeping and I started mopping and then my back started hurting so laid Down and it got worse. Just just try to be very active walk as much as you can especially when your getting contractions I know it’s hard but its going to help you
