Hi! You can’t actually get sick from being cold or hot. You get sick from being exposed to a virus or bacteria. This doesn’t have anything to do with temperature exposure. Just wanted to clarify. I highly recommend solo travel!
Travel content is your speciality/passion and it shows. I hope you are able to continue to travel more like this because I think this is when you make your best, most honest content.
Im so glad you shared you're experience because of this I booked a solo 16 day cruise leaving next month and I cannot wait. Watching your TikToks and videos gave me the courage to just go regardless that no one else was able to join me on a dream trip!
I think maybe this could be a good tiktok! Not sure I would have enough to turn it into a full RUclips video but I could put a short-form version together!
I remember first seeing your videos during Semester at Sea and then lost track of you for a bit, but look at you now! This is amazing :) solo travel is truly life-changing, and I'm so glad you documented your experience!
Honestly, this is so inspiring. I feel like I'm really secure going out on my own around town, but I feel like I forget / have nerves about traveling solo. I am currently looking into a solo trip that I've always wanted to take, but I couldn't find a friend that was on the same timeline. Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Sounds like a dream 37 days.! Watched all those cruise vids. I’m so jelly. I love cruising as well. So so much. I would love that same experience someday and transatlantic one as well. You’re living the Dream Gracie❤
I have a 27 day solo cruise from London to Abu Dhabi planned in a week. I am going to watch this video tonight when I get home from work. Very interesting.
gracie, you are truly an inspiration! i applaud you so much for being so brave and traveling alone across the world for so many days. endless love to you, girl. 💜
You should do a volunteer experience next! I went to Zambia solo with IVHQ doing the teaching program (no teaching experience) for 6 weeks! Honestly the best experience I’ve had in my life!
It's on my list of things to do! I was actually looking at volunteer experiences & then somehow found this cruise! But not giving up on the idea of volunteering yet! just need to find there right place/time!
I don't think the price is too bad. My first solo Europe trip was solo + some guided things and it probably cost about the same. I'd never go without travel insurance however. Makes me nervous even thinking about that
$9K isn’t bad for that. In 2018 we did 7 days in Walt Disney World and stayed in a savanna view room in Animal Kingdom Lodge for myself, my husband and our ten year old daughter. Everything was $12K.
What is up Gracie! I wanted to ask you about your shark cage diving experience in Mossel Bay and if you managed to see a lot of sharks? I ask because I watch shark week every summer and these past couple of years they have reported low shark activity in South Africa, specifically Mossel Bay and Hans Bay, mainly due to a pod of Shamu that have decided South African waters their home and sharks are part of an Orca's diet. Glad to hear you had fun on the cruise and am looking forward to more content.
What do you use to book excursions not on the ship? My family and I are going to Europe on a Norwegian Cruise this summer and would love to know where to look!
"One of the guys was a performer on Hannah and I's...." Correct grammar (which I'm sure you want to know!) is: "...a performer on Hannah's and my..." (You're welcome. ;)

Came here to say this!
Oh! WOW! Well this is why I was never good at science...

Stop that! I love this so much! I am so excited for you!!!
Would you ever consider doing a video of places you’ve felt safe traveling as a solo female traveler? Loved this video!
I think maybe this could be a good tiktok! Not sure I would have enough to turn it into a full RUclips video but I could put a short-form version together!

Wow, thank you! Welcome back!

Go for it!!!! Truly the BEST experience!

You should!

Loved hearing about your cruising, seems like such a fun way to see so many places!
gracie, you are truly an inspiration! i applaud you so much for being so brave and traveling alone across the world for so many days. endless love to you, girl. 💜
So glad that the whole experience was so positive.
You have some really great memories.

You are the real life Elle Woods!! Absolutely adorable! I’ve been doing some solo traveling, but now I’ll add a cruise to the list!
omg stop this made me smile so big! definitely add a cruise in there!!
I love all of your solo traveling content and your traveling content and I love your vlogs!
Where is your dress from!! ❤

So wishing I could make it on either of your EF trips this year! I’m hoping they go well and you do some next year!
This is inspiring me to pull the plug on solo travel this summer!
"Pull the plug" means to stop something from continuing or prevent it from happening, just fyi.
@@longhornlove1 should have said taken the plunge
AH! YAY! It's truly the best experience you can give yourself!

We saw two great whites the day we went out!
Honestly expected a way higher price point! This seems like such a cool experience.

Get Your guide or Viator are two of my favorites!
I love the solo travel content! do you think you would ever do a disney cruise?
I did a Disney cruise a few years ago! I don't necessarily think I'll do another one until I have kids or unless I get a really good deal!
I love the transparency
i had to look when you did this video. as much as i would love to see egypt, now is not the time to go
That’s not bad at all. I travel to Europe every summer uni break and it costs way way more than that 😅
honestly, going to Romania alone would make me more nervous than cruising alone
omg really?! I felt so safe in Romania!
Hi Gracie happy holidays and happy Spring day and I'm glad you enjoyed in the cruise and this was amazing video I enjoy your channel
Thank you so much!
@@GracieOConnor of course sending you hugs ❤️ 🤗
Hey Gracie!!
No shots of the ship. It's all you.
❤
Kudos to you! I know you wanted to give us all the info and I appreciated it, but can you please speak a little slower next time.🙂
Nice
Yeah gracie, call me when your single 😘😁🙈💙✌️
