  • 100 days of work condensed to 3 minutes. We lifted this large 2-story home using unified jacking system. This home and surrounding sidewalks (now decks) has 10 slab segments which rest permanently on steel beams and concrete columns.
Note the work precision as the elevation is executed. The Planet Three Elevation team's experience enables consistency and precision of process execution which enables quality in the finished product.

Looks like it took more than three minutes to raise this house.
Judging by the sun angles and shadows, I'm guessing 7 minutes minimum.

Would be nice if the architect made one of the two stairs a ramp; not just for old / infirmed but for when you want to get your piano / billiards table / what-have-you up there. :)

    • @GrumpSkull

A ramp would have to be 4 times as long as the stairs. Piano movers are very skilled on a steep staircase. Big blokes with carrying harnesses.

If you're in a flood zone, it's mandatory or else FEMA will not insure your home for flood and the county won't issue permits to remodel. We are dealing with this right now because of IAN.
