    i been squating and deadlifting max wieght and experience lower back pain would these exercise help?

      I would focus on form over anything else. I have some videos on back pain with squatting and the lift.

    If I'm doing Romanian deadlifts for the hinge, should I also do the kettlebell deadlifts or is that redundant?

      You can do both. Hinge and lift are similar, but different enough to do both.
