0.96" or 1.3" OLED display (from china) [advantages over TFT] low power, low cost, easy to control, bright (easily seem under sunlight) [disadvantages] 1-bit single color (no grey scale), pixels with uneven brightness, low resolution (only 128x64 pixels) Note:- Larger (>1.3") OLED with color or grey scale remains very expensive.
Worked it out. In LCD image converter options, there is a preset bar at the top that other tutorials fail to mention. So even if you select monochrome, it will output an array of 24576 length. I chose the monochrome preset and it produced an array with length 1024. Image looks great :)
Pls don't stop making videos!!!!
THEY ARE FRICKIN' COOL......😊
YOU'LL SURELY SUCCEED...
I wonder.
@@ArnovSharma No Wonder, You surely will succeed.😇😇.... Can you plz give me a heart😉😉
@@DaSunDeity thanka for the motivation bro.
Have you heard of the dolphin animations on pioneer stereos, I want to bring that back

I see.
Thanks thats very cool!! really works!!
Glad it helped!
nice job! Is the connections the same for an arduino uno?
Pretty much, just hook the sda and sca pin on D4 and D5
It's A4 for SDA and A5 for SCL.
Could I show Google Maps on that display?
well, yes but its not an easy feat to perform I guess
@@ArnovSharma "Yes" is all I need, it give me hope
Thank you bro
Good luck!
Now imagine hacking old pioneer stereos
I tried this with your image/code and it works fine. I tried converting a 128x64 bitmap and it says the memory is at 122%. Why?

Yeah or you can reduce the image size
@@ArnovSharma Thing is, the monochrome bitmap I created in MS paint was 128x64 but LCD image converter blew it up to 24000+ pixels in the array
Cool
