    0.96" or 1.3" OLED display (from china)
    [advantages over TFT] low power, low cost, easy to control, bright (easily seem under sunlight)
    [disadvantages] 1-bit single color (no grey scale), pixels with uneven brightness, low resolution (only 128x64 pixels)
    Note:- Larger (>1.3") OLED with color or grey scale remains very expensive.

    I tried this with your image/code and it works fine. I tried converting a 128x64 bitmap and it says the memory is at 122%. Why?

    • @mozkitolife5437
      @mozkitolife5437 3 года назад +1

      Worked it out. In LCD image converter options, there is a preset bar at the top that other tutorials fail to mention. So even if you select monochrome, it will output an array of 24576 length. I chose the monochrome preset and it produced an array with length 1024. Image looks great :)

      Yeah or you can reduce the image size

      @@ArnovSharma Thing is, the monochrome bitmap I created in MS paint was 128x64 but LCD image converter blew it up to 24000+ pixels in the array
