I think you selected ESP8266 somewhere in the config or settings. If you are using a Wemos d1 mini, make sure your settings are set to the Wemos d1 mini and not the ESP8266
@@Roelox I just make it working with nodemcu v3 (ch340) with 12x12mm push button, sh1106 i2c. Sometimes, it gets stuck on scanning.., or button not working, not showing display, each randomly occured. I dont know why, guessed the power is not enough.
I am not sure about that, you will maybe need to modify the code to get the display working. But it shouldn't be that hard, just changing some pin numbers.

Those deuther are not working anymore since almost every modem now is 5ghz someone needs to step up the code and harware to keep up with the advance of wifi

You don't need to connect it to your laptop or pc. U could for example use a 3.3 battery yes. It just needs power in order to work.

Yepp.. But u could always buy a wifi adapter with monitor mode and packet injection that supports 5GHZ and deauth with aireplay-ng.
