"Therion"'s music is based on norse mythology, some also have certain pieces of poems (it sounds terrible though).
"Voluspa" (aka Völuspa or Vǫluspá) has remade some poems in Norwegian.
"Horde Thor" also has some songs based on poems from the poetic edda (They also sound terrible if you ask me).
There're thousands of them, but if you are looking around for songs from the viking age, then I would recommend that you get a translate since many "viking bands" are racist.
