Alternate History of Europe: Alpha (Season 2) - The (In)complete Series

- In an effort to prevent a world-ending apocalypse, Sweden enlists the help of Britain and Russia to return to 1930, aiming to cut off the chain of events at the source. This journey is fraught with far more challenges than any of them would've hoped, however.
When faced with opposition from two other alliances, the scepticism of those on the side-lines, and with the slightest mistake potentially leaving their advantage at risk, will they ultimately prevail?
Not to disappoint, but you'll unfortunately never find out, because I am now officially cancelling this series before its conclusion. There was meant to be a ninth and final episode of this series, but since episode 8 released about a year and a half ago, the facts have changed and I am ready to move away from mapping as a whole, so I'll leave you with this! Apologies to those of you who have been dedicated enough to wait all this time for episode 9, but hopefully you'll understand some of my reasoning:
- General loss of passion for mapping.
- My channel is monetised now, but all of the music that actually fits the vibe I want with this series is copyrighted, so monetising this type of content is basically impossible.
- Episode 8 took AGES to make, and I don't really want to do that again for a video that isn't monetised anymore.
There were probably a few more reasons that have floated through my brain over the past few months, but that's basically it. I've got big plans for the channel which I hope to act upon at some point this year, and I'd love it if you stuck around for that! However, if you were just here for the mapping content, then I'm glad I could entertain you for as long as I have.
Hope you enjoy this compilation!

I go into more detail in the video description if you’d like to give it a read, but in short, I’ve lost the passion to work on this series and I am cancelling it before completion.
I’m still really proud of my work on this series, though, so I hope you enjoy this compilation, even if the series will never see its natural conclusion. I’ll see you all again soon!
Damn, so sad this series is going to end withouth conclusion. I watched all episodes some months ago and was wondering if there will be continuation. Well, If you are out of mapping, what will you upload on this channel? I would like to see more and more football predictions, because by watching these videos I found your channel.
Glad to hear you liked the series! I really enjoyed working on it and I wish I still had the motivation to conclude it, but at this point it’s not really viable for me anymore.
Football predictions will definitely still be continuing, and I have some other big plans for the channel later down the line that I don’t want to reveal just yet. Rest assured that more is coming!
@@thatonecitrus6786 okay, thanks for info.
What was supposed to be the plot of Ep9?
Appreciate the interest! However, while I had a general idea of where the story was going and planned out how some events would play out in the episode before cancelling it, I probably wouldn’t be able to explain the plot to a satisfying degree now.
I also never really settled on how I wanted it to end. I initially had some ideas for a third season, then later on felt more like ending the series at Season 2. That obviously would’ve affected the ending, and I never got around to deciding how I wanted it to play out before giving it the axe.
The best I can really do now is leave it up to interpretation - sorry for the unsatisfying answer lol
