The loneliness is the hardest part until you become comfortable with your own self. I went through the dark night and everything he's saying is true. Im grateful to have had a spiritual advisor that guided me thru the process. Was very lonely and scared at times.
Thank you for sharing your experience! 🙏 The loneliness can be so intense, especially when you feel like no one around you understands what you're going through. It's amazing that you had a spiritual advisor to guide you-that support can make all the difference during the darkest moments. The Dark Night of the Soul truly pushes us to confront ourselves and become comfortable with our own company. As painful as it is, that solitude often leads to a deeper connection with our true self. It’s powerful that you’ve come through that process stronger and more aligned. 💫
That life where everything is falling is not yours and the one feeling the pain is not you. Consider him as another person that you are aware of and don’t take his pain as yours. Let everything fall and the one whom that life belongs to will fall too and you will realize the peace that everyone is talking about.
I’m so glad this resonated with you! 🙏 The pain and confusion can feel overwhelming in the moment, but realizing they’re essential parts of the growth process brings clarity. Just like a caterpillar has to struggle in its cocoon to become a butterfly, we also go through that inner struggle to emerge stronger and more enlightened. Embracing the discomfort as part of the journey is a powerful shift. Stay strong and trust the process-you’re growing in ways you can’t even see yet. 🌱✨
Cannot be with people.feel so good alone ,in nature.sometimes feel pain.almost everytime anger.😢.it is not "me".I was good and loving.what happens, dont know...cannot find myself anywhere!😢 Feel bad except when do nothing and sitting alone in silence.then such happiness...help please
I hear you, and what you’re going through is deeply challenging. It sounds like you’re in the middle of a powerful spiritual transformation. When everything around you feels confusing and you're disconnected from your old self, it can be frightening. That anger and pain you're feeling might be the result of old emotions and patterns rising to the surface to be released. But the fact that you find peace in silence and solitude is a sign that you're touching something real and true within yourself. Sometimes the process of awakening strips away all the familiar parts of us, and it feels like we’re losing ourselves. But in that emptiness, you're discovering your true self-the one that exists beyond all the old identities. Keep connecting with that silence and stillness. It’s where you’ll find clarity. And remember, this feeling of being lost won’t last forever. Be gentle with yourself, allow the feelings to come and go, and trust that you are in the process of finding yourself again, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now. You are not alone in this journey. 🙏💫 Also Here Are The Links To Some Resources That Helped Me Along My Journey : The Power Of Now (Eckhart Tolle) : amzn.to/3SQbIyv White Fire (Mooji) : amzn.to/4cHR7DP Letting Go, Letting Be : bit.ly/3Tc25KE Online-Therapy.com : bit.ly/4gliRRE (20% off your first month of therapy with the code: THERAPY20)

Hello, Thank you for the video. I'm experiencing the dark night and have lost all of the interest in many things including my profession and no longer feel the motivation to work in it and also not feeling the urge to take part in any sexual activity. Does this happen during this phase?
I'm fine with it. My husband is not aware of this. He wants me to work and to have sex. I'm finding it hard to deal with this. Do you have any suggestions pls... 🙏
I would suggest , If you can and if you love your husband To have sex with your husband and observe your thoughts and feelings during that and try to see that it is all thoughts and feelings. Accept feelings and give them space to be there. And ignore any thoughts
There are many reasons why spiritual awakenings are painful, but ill outline a few based on my own experience. The biggest one is the fact that we awaken to the painful truth of our existence and how much of what we thought was true was actually not only false but the cause of all evil! Not only that, but the stack reality of the depth and severity of our psychosis. Another source of pain is comig to terms with the fact that, there are actually REAL forces working against our true awakening. Case in point is the fact that most if not all spiritual leaders/masters believe the lie that homosexuality is an integral part of the experience and its just not true, its simply falsehood and corruption. Understandable if one chooses that path, but under no circumstances should amybody be forced into the lifestyle in the name of awakening. Btw, isnt awakening meant to lead us back on the straight path? The believe that one has to experience pain to foster growth is just nonsense. I say, not necessarily if one can learn from others' experiences, and use common sense, besides, i dont have to murder to know that its inexcusably wrong, by the same token, i dont need to experience homosexuality to empathize with the gay community. Public service warning: Theres a strong use of spiritual awakening to push the LGBTQ agenda so beware. Back to the topic.... The whole point of awakening is supposed to return us back to our default true higher selves. It shouldn't be so unnecessarily painful but because of the hijacking of our true selves, we are forced to go through these huddles just to get back to where we were supposed to be anyway.... Depression inducing, i know but dont give in to that. Just know that there's no depression in The Light! Having said that, i think its worth the experience if one can take ownership of it and not allow some stupid demonic entity to hijack it. Its your experience, your body, your mind, your spirit, and the Creator Source Spirit within, which is undisputably LIGHT! Anything less, isnt of Him and must rejected outright. Just align with The Light that created you and it'll lead you back to the truth and home, safely. Never give UP. You are the captain of your own ship. Do it your way. Humanity and creation will thank you for choosing your own unique way. Peace and LIGHT!
Thank you for sharing your experience and insights so openly. Spiritual awakenings can indeed be painful, often because they challenge the very foundations of what we believed to be true. Awakening is a process of peeling away layers of illusion, and that can be unsettling as we come face to face with our own inner conflicts and the state of the world around us. As for external forces or societal influences, it's important to remember that everyone’s spiritual journey is deeply personal. While some may find themselves navigating specific challenges or ideologies, the essence of awakening is about returning to your true self, as you mentioned, and aligning with the Light within. That path is yours to define, free from any external pressures or expectations. The pain of awakening often comes from resistance-the more we cling to what is false, the more painful the process can be. But once we surrender to the truth and embrace the Light, clarity and peace follow. It’s a journey of growth, one that doesn’t have to be defined by suffering, but by the strength and wisdom we gain along the way. I appreciate your emphasis on ownership-your journey is your own, and how you navigate it is up to you. Stay aligned with the Light, trust yourself, and continue moving forward in truth. Peace and LIGHT to you as well! 🙏✨
