Thank you so much Rich! It was crazy, this bike was sitting in a dark corner of the dealership, and in the dark you really couldn't see what the bike look's like. I first just noticed all the aftermarket upgrades, went home, thought about the bike, went back a week later, was blown away it was still there, went home again, had a dream about the bike, the next morning went back and made my downpayment. It wasn't until getting the bike outside in the natural light that I could see how gorgeous it is. Initially, I thought I would put a new wrap on the bike, but once it was outside that idea never crossed my mind again.

Hope you got a good deal. My last bike was a Ducati. Thinking about getting another which brought me to this video.

      Mike, I got a great deal! Honestly, I think I got one of the best deals anyone will get this year from a dealership. The bike has 11K miles on it, $50,000 in aftermarket parts (all the work done by the Ducati dealership), the previous owner is an 80-year-old man with millions of dollars who miticusally maintained the motorcycle;
My final price for the bike was $21,000
Just a SHORT list of the V4S aftermarket upgrades:
      ◦ CUSTOM PAINTED BODY
      ◦ ALL CARBON BODYWORK
      ◦ AKRAPOVIC FULL SYSTEM EXHAUST
      ◦ Ducati Racing Evo UpMap
      ◦ BST Carbon Fiber Wheels
      ◦ CARBON FIBER FRONT WHEEL AIR DUCTS
      ◦ CARBON FIBER MIRRORS
      ◦ CARBON FIBER FRONT FENDER
      ◦ CARBON FIBER REAR FENDER
      ◦ CARBON FIBER HEEL GUARDS
      ◦ RIZOMA FRONT AXEL PROTECTION
      ◦ TRIPLE CLAMP BLACK POWDER COATED
      ◦ PASSENGER PEGS BLACK POWDER COATED
      ◦ CRG CARBON FIBER LEVERS
      ◦ BREMBO AFTER MARKET CALIERS
      ◦ AFTERMARKET ROTORS
      ◦ AELLA FRAME SLIDERS
      ◦ RIZOMA REAR BREAK, FRONT BREAK AND CLUTCH RESERVOIRS
      ◦ RIZOMA KEYLESS GAS CAP
      ◦ LUIMOTO SEAT COVERS
      ◦ NRC FENDER SLIMINATOR
      ◦ RIZOMA FOOT PEGS
      ◦ CNC FRAME COVERS
      ◦ GB RACING ENGINE PROTECTION COVERS
      ◦ ALUMINUM SPROCKET KIT
      ◦ EVOTECH REAR WHEEL PROTECTION
      ◦ SMOKE TALL RACING SCREEN
What Ducati was your past bike and why did you get rid of it?
I also have the Monster 1200 R which I love with a passion. If there is anything you want to discuss on bikes I'm here brother.

@@MotoGold wow you absolutely,y stole that thing. My last bike was an 848. When I was in the service back in the 90’s I had a CBR 600 that was all tricked out. Then it was a couple decades and I bought an 848. Did the typical stuff like titanium exhaust, race filter, Rizoma rear sets, power commander, fender eliminator sprocket and a tune. I keep working my way up to a liter bike. I’m 51 but still love the bikes. I sold it because I live in the north east and it didn’t get ridden a lot and my wife was always worried every time I rode it. I bought a bunch of sports cars and now thinking about another bike and it would have to be a Ducati. I was thinking of the V4S or V4R, possibly the 30th anniversary 916 SP2. They all look amazing. Feel like the 2025 model missed the mark and maybe I should grab a 2024. Not sure if the 998 motor or the 1103cc motor would be best for me. Also the bikes seem to be getting taller and taller. I’m 5’8 and I’ve heard the V4R feels like it’s lower maybe due to the seat. I haven’t even gone to the dealer. Just been sniffing around YT. Thanks for the reply.

@@mik3ymomo Thank you Mike! So you know, my name is Mike too lol. Everyone in my family worries that I ride, especially because no one else in my family rides. But I have always been obsessed with speed. During the pandemic I was living in California in Huntington beach with wide open roads that got me into motorcycles. At first I was looking for a 2005 Doge Viper, but the price of those shot up from 35K to 70K overnight. Then I discovered I could get one of the best motorcycles for 15K out the door, that made the decision really easy.
When I got the Monster 1200 R, my current car was the BMW X3 M Competion with 500 something horsepower and 500 something torque. But, after riding my Monster I realized I never really understood what fast was. There was nothing I could do to almost any car to get the kind of acceleration you get from these bikes. Plus the thrill! There's nothing else in the world like it.
You have to go with Ducati if its your first bike in awhile. I'm 5'8 as well so I completely understand the ergonimics. My V4S sits super high and I asking the same questions as you, if I should go with the V4S or V4R?
For the street I would recommend the S because of the electronic suspension. Don't work your way up to a liter bike, just get one. You can adjust the settings so the bike gives you less power, than work your way up to the full potential of the bike.
I know the north east well and I would highly recommend looking into the 2018 / 2019 Ducati Monster 1200 R. I bought the V4S for Florida's straight roads but I keep my Monster 1200 R for windy wooded roads. The Monster 1200 R comes with 160hp and weighs 400lbs, but with an aftermarket exhaust and tune its closer to 175hp and 360lbs. Plus the R comes with Ohlins and all the best parts.
That said, if you want the best of the best, out of all the bikes you listed, hands downs I would go with the:
Panigale 2020 Ducati Panigale V4 25° Anniversario. Only 500 made, it's the best technology in the world meaning very safe bike, looks amazing, and you will never have to sell it because it will probably only appreciate in value. I know the owner of Ducati in South Florida, have a great relationship with them, and they have one V4 Anniversario. I'm stopping by the dealership tomorrow to get some new gear, if you want I can ask them about the Anniversario and if it's there get some video footage of it for you.

I can actually go into a lot more detail on why I would go with the V4 Anniversario but the message was getting kind of long....

If you do get in touch with Ducati Pompano Beach (Two Wheels World) tell them Michael Marcus with the V4S Carbon and MotoGold RUclips channel referred you. They know me well there and probably give you great deal.
