Most IV text books do state 48 hours if you put a gauze pad under the clear dressing and a week if you put a biopatch. In real-world applications, most facilities have a policy for 24 hours if the site is not visible due to gauze.
Dressing changes for central lines should occur every 5 to 7 days with a transparent dressing or every two days with a gauze dressing. The dressing should also be changed if it tears, becomes loose or visibly soiled.

You said your left hand was dirty ....than you went back and touched your dressing .This is not a great video of this procedure !
LOL she dirtied the dressing and she put the dressing on backwards. This video should be taken down.
