I just bought this guitar, an Epiphone Les Paul Special P-90's Worn TV Yellow, however, mine is not yellow like this one on the video, more like just a natural wood finish. Great Guitar, ya can't beat it for any amount of money !!!
Oh, ya get two allen wrenches a bumper sticker and a poster, too.
I'm looking at this one in the worn black. I'll probably pull the trigger on it in the next couple months. I already have a LP Special HH that I stripped and repainted red and installed humbucker sized P90s, but I kinda want one with real P90s.
Bought one from GC before this video had ended. What a beast!

Postscript to comments minutes ago... my pet table spider Lukas was drawn to the sound of epi special p90 and danced all over my phone! But he walked away from the gibson. So there you have it. Later y'all!
Lukas is clearly opinionated spider, perhaps we'll interview him in pandemic wave 47, when he will likely be holding us captave anyway...
Great review!! I have come so close to buying one but I have so many guitars I don't know where I'd put it!! Now I see it for $119 with free shipping. How can you pass that up!! I know, it's an addiction. I might just cave in and get one. Got to hide it from the wife!! I love p90's. The best of both worlds between single coil and humbucker. They growl like no other. Very dynamic and responsive. Thanks for the video!!
Thanks for the compliments, and may I recommend (1) bring it in after she is asleep, (2)having a friend bring it over and pretending he's lending, or (3) possibly oversized laundry bags cause you like to help her out.....Hmmm....I really should write a guide for this situation....
Most of the new Epis seem to be really great, but this model in particular has just blown me away!

I just got one and had it set up , a new bridge with intonation saddles and the intonation set up. A new set of Reverend Willy 7s. No buzz at all I shattered my left shoulder and arm upper arm where it goes into the socket. I spent a month in the hospital, and it hasn’t healed yet. I got this one to do therapy on the hand I am left handed too so even wrenching on my old hot rod was out. But I am still working it hard and this guitar is magic. I couldn’t believe the tone! I have a Peavey Rage, and this little guy is perfect! I love it! It is a black one, but dayum! I still have some numbness in my left hand, but I think it will work out and I hope to get that 428 CJ Ford together and be just as kick ass as this is!
Fall leaves the riff or opening sounds so familiar to fade to black great guitar its gonna be my first

Love your Epi Les Paul P90's on your TV ..Special. The p90's sound so fat and are the best kept secret with the Epi series and with Gibson Jr.s. I just picked one of these up. I like it. It needs work. For some reason, the B string does not ring out like the other strings one played Without the amp plugged in. And the B and E string are always out of tune within 10 seconds. Lots of tuners on eBay for 30 bucks and under / Wilkinsons are supposed to be a good brand of inexpensive things like pick ups, bridges, tuners.
does anyone know what brand of tuners would go right on my EPI les Paul P90 special without enlarging the peg hole or drilling new screw holes?
Did you find some tuners ? I have the same question .
Tuners are the #1 complaint i see in reviews of this model. That is why i haven't ordered one. Even at $169 that has me holding back.
Why doesn't he have more subs?

Unfortunately, Even when I record music for the market I couldnt tell you what I used on any certain track. Sorry......its something that is always important to other people, but not to me...my bad

Eh. It’s an ok guitar- but the neck is pretty bad.
