- In this project, I made a resin art sphere.
For the lines I used acrylic paint and VALLEJO water texture. I drew lines in layers and filled with epoxy. After putting the ball in the center, it looks like a planet. The result is space in a sphere.

Are there any transcripts, notes, lists to help this hungry diyer. Awesome content shown with creativity and so user friendly!
Thank you. There are no such notes; everything is described in the video and description in order to repeat such sphere.
So did you just sand it down to get the rim off and what else did you do to make it shine again ?
Yes, I removed the rim, and sanded everything with sandpaper, 500, 1000, 2000, 3000, and polishing paste.
Hello from Mumbai, India. Love all your “sphere” videos. Please can you tell me what white paint you used in this video?? Thank you very much.
really nice video!
How long did you let each layer cure before you painted on it?
Resin for thin fills dries in 24 hours, so only after drying can you paint over.
Just read your comments-silly me!!!can i use anything as an alternate to vallejo texture as i cant get this in my country. Thanx
Thanks for your comments. Yes, you can just use any acrylic paint, but vallejo gives more texture, and in some places transparency. You need to try to draw and experiment. And you will succeed.
@@ARTtherapyEpoxy thank you for your reply. Maybe i can use gel medium for texture then paint on it if necessary??
Yes it is possible and so. You can try, just gel, mix with
acrylic paint and simply paint with acrylic paint. And choose the best option for you.
Wierdest thing. I just recently came upon a situation where i got the idea to make something very similar to this. Such a timely find.
Cool, I'm glad you find it useful in your work.
