    At first, I didn't really like Kashish. I thought he was just trying to get attention by mentioning big influencers. But then I started watching his videos more closely, and I realized he's actually pretty logical. I noticed that the creators who oppose Kashish never respond in a decent or logical way-they just throw insults. Meanwhile, Kashish always replies in a logical manner without any random insults. That's when I knew he was a solid creator and fitness influencer.

    Dosto science + gym will give u best gains + main cheez u will be injury free.... Believe me guys 4 saal ke mere training me (140kg to 88kg) mujhe phele knowledge nhi tha so itni injuries hue hai ki shayad wo life long problem de 🙁... Hamare sab ka goal fitness hai with good physique offcourse but apne real life jyso job , padhai me ye injuries boht pareshan krti hai jysi meri lower back injury ke wajha se mai zyda der chair par baith nhhi sakta 😔.. So conclusion , u all are lucky to have real guruji like kashish bhai to prevent u from injuries & give gains 💪🏻... Even bhai ku bade bade so called gurujis ne oppose kiye jinhe insulin ke speeling nhi aati phir bhi clients me 💉 ghusae jare hai 😂... But phir bhi bhai piche nhi hate so hats off & respect kashish guruji 💪🏻🤝🏻

    Most of the people want basic fitness and longevity. They don't need to train like a body builder. Such people also need to pick less risky exercises. We need to maintain good muscle but also good joint health. Bodybuilder can take more risk if they think that certain risky exercises is better for them but most of the people should only follow safe exercises for basic fitness goal. Kashish is doing a great job. I used to do deadlifts because i enjoy it but i had knee pain after deadlift, i tried but i was not able to fix my form and stability issue so i stopped deadlift and now i am doing other safe exercises. My longevity is more important than my ego. I really wish i could fix my deadlift but for the time being i simply stopped it and i feel better now, never had any knee pain after that.

    Navjot agr tumrahi koi galti ko sahi karkai Bata rha hai too tumhai unssai hate nahi karna hai, Bss galati ko sahi karna hai. Agr Kashish sai koi galti hota hai too tum agli baar uss galti ko sudharna.
