Most of the people want basic fitness and longevity. They don't need to train like a body builder. Such people also need to pick less risky exercises. We need to maintain good muscle but also good joint health. Bodybuilder can take more risk if they think that certain risky exercises is better for them but most of the people should only follow safe exercises for basic fitness goal. Kashish is doing a great job. I used to do deadlifts because i enjoy it but i had knee pain after deadlift, i tried but i was not able to fix my form and stability issue so i stopped deadlift and now i am doing other safe exercises. My longevity is more important than my ego. I really wish i could fix my deadlift but for the time being i simply stopped it and i feel better now, never had any knee pain after that.
