This cheesecake and your biscoff tart were the first things I baked when I started. They are absolutely delicious. Thank you for this video Jane. 😊😊

I’ve been saving this video for my husbands birthday this week. Can’t wait to make it later this week :) Do you perhaps have any advice how I can make sure it won’t taste as any other things in our fridge?

I never eat Biscoff when I am offered one of the single wrapped ones as they contain Rapeseed oil which I am allergic to. Having just watched this I looked up the packet ingredients and they are rapeseed free - woohoo!

I always encounter issues removing the cheesecake from the base of the pan. How do I remove it without messing up the crust?

Hi Jane iv tried whisking the cream into the mixture and I keep getting a mixture which drops off the spoon . And reasons why this is happening

It could be a couple of things such as not whisking enough, or if you're subbing for low fat ingredients - try whisking the cream separately to stiff peaks and folding through x

@JanesPatisserie Yea il whisk cream separately next time. I used all full fat products and whisked for a lifetime but no good. It happened with the Easter cheesecake too unfortunately. I popped mixture into freezer for Icecream.

I’ve made this 3 times over the past 6 months after finding you blog recipe, and can’t get it to set like yours, the last time I made it I whisked the cream separately but still had same problem. I’ve used full fat products, any other tips? I tasted absolutely delicious though 😊
