It depends on where you are based in the world, but you need the fattiest liquid cream you can find, often called Heavy Cream in other places!

I always have trouble with the filling to be too soft, it definitely can't be sliced like yours do. What am I doing wrong please?
Are you using cream cheese or mascarpone? It can be much softer depending on where you're from.
Cream cheese, either shops own brand or philly, they both turn out sloppy.
Try not to over stir it and add ingredients in the same order as in video, because second time I did it, i failed because I added everything together
